Discussion and Possible Action on Appointment of Eric Queller as Emergency Manager and Administration of Oath of Office.

Financial Impact:

The Emergency Manager is currently budgeted in the General Fund's Emergency Management Department (101-051)  

Item Discussion:

Our Village of Ruidoso Municipal Code of Ordinances Chapter 30, Civil Emergencies, Section 30-31, mandates that a Coordinator of Emergency Management be appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the Council.

 

Therefore, Mayor Crawford conducted a final interview, leading to his recommendation of the Appointment of Eric Queller as the Emergency Manager for the Village of Ruidoso.

Recommendations:

To Approve Appointment of Eric Queller as Emergency Manager and Administer the Oath of Office.
